Refund Policy

QuantumX School is operated by QuantumX Foundation. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for the Introduction to Quantum Computing cohort.

By paying the course fee, you agree to the terms below. We keep this simple and fair.

The Course Fee

The course fee is a one-time payment of ₹2,000 that reserves your seat in the cohort and covers all 8 live sessions, recordings, course notes, the community, assignments, and doubt-clearing.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• ·We cancel or reschedule the cohort and the new dates don't work for you.
• ·You were charged more than once for the same seat, or a payment was made in error.

When Refunds Don't Apply

We are unable to offer a refund once:

• ·The first session has taken place, since course access and materials are released from then on.
• ·A participant is removed for breaching the participation or content policy (for example, sharing materials externally).

If you can't attend after the cohort has started, reach out and we'll do our best to help you join a future cohort instead.

How To Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] from the address you used to apply, with your full name and the email or phone number on your application. A request is considered made on the date we receive your email.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
