Terms of Service

QuantumX School is operated by QX Private Limited, trading as QuantumX Foundation. These terms cover your use of quantumx.school and your enrolment in any of our cohorts and workshops, including Introduction to Quantum Computing.

By using this site, applying, or paying the course fee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or enrol.

Using This Site

When you use quantumx.school, you agree not to:

• ·Submit false or someone else's details in any form
• ·Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• ·Use automated tools to scrape or spam our forms

Who Can Enrol

Anyone curious about quantum computing can apply. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to enrol and pay.

Enrolment and Payment

Each cohort or workshop has its own fee, which can change from one cohort to the next. The fee for yours is shown on the course page and at checkout, in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes, before you pay. The fee you pay is fixed at that point and won't change for your cohort. It's a one-time payment with no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Your seat is confirmed once the fee has been paid in full. Seats are limited and given in the order payments are completed.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and Stripe, both PCI DSS compliant payment processors. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered on their checkout and are never stored on our servers.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first. We'll sort it out faster than a bank dispute can.

Promo Codes and Scholarships

Promo codes reduce the course fee by the amount shown at checkout. Each code is valid until its expiry date, one per order, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be applied after payment. Scholarships are awarded at our discretion after reviewing your application.

Course Delivery

The course is delivered entirely online. Nothing is shipped. After payment you'll receive a confirmation email right away, and session links, the schedule, and community access are sent to your registered email before the first session. Live sessions run on Zoom, recordings and notes are shared after each session, and the community runs on Discord.

If you haven't received your access details 48 hours before the first session, email us and we'll fix it.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• ·We cancel or reschedule the cohort and the new dates don't work for you.
• ·You were charged more than once for the same seat, or a payment was made in error.

Refunds are not available once:

• ·The first session has taken place, since course access and materials are released from then on.
• ·A participant is removed for breaching these terms (for example, sharing course materials externally).

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the processor you paid with (Razorpay or Stripe) and typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you. You can cancel your seat at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you used to apply, with your full name and the email or phone number on your application. A cancellation is considered made on the date we receive your email. Whether a refund applies is decided by the Refund Policy above. If you can't continue after the cohort has started, we'll do our best to move you to a future cohort instead.

Cancellation by us. If we cancel a cohort, or reschedule it to dates that don't work for you, you'll receive a full refund. We'll notify you by email as early as possible.

Removal. We may cancel a participant's enrolment, without a refund, for a breach of these terms.

Participation and Conduct

Our cohorts are small and run on trust. Be respectful in live sessions and in the community. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour can lead to removal from the cohort.

Course Materials

Recordings, notes, assignments, and other course materials are owned by QuantumX Foundation and are licensed to you for personal learning only. Please don't share, resell, or republish them without our written permission. Code and work you create during the course remain yours.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make our courses accurate and useful, but they are provided for educational purposes and without guarantees of any particular outcome, such as employment or admission elsewhere. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the course fee you paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
